cardiocombatCore-Fit: (Marlene Kasper) A fun, non-impact class that will strengthen and stabilize the full body with the focus on your midsection. The focus is on drawing energy from the core muscles using intention, proper form & technique.

 

Muscle Conditioning: (Michelle Mink) Your mid-day fitness fix. This workout will get your full body up and moving with a focus on toning legs and butt, stomach and arms. A great way to blow off some steam and get ready for the weekend.

spin_13Spin: (Tara Hunt, Laurie Holman-Ross, Carol MacDonald, Roseanne Quesnelle, Rebecca Graham) Join in the cardiovascular conditioning fun as instructors take you on a guided stationary bike ride. Accompanied by motivating & inspiring music, unleash your drive to the finish line.

Stability Ball:
(Ed Hunt, Roseanne Quesnelle, Jane Kiersnowski) A full body workout using the stability ball, medicine balls, bands and hand weights. The purpose is to increase core strength, balance & agility. An effective non-impact class with all the benefits.

zumba-largeZumba: (Jane Kiersnowski) A fusion of Latin rythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind that will blow you away. Calorie burning, body energizing and awe inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life. “Ditch the workout. Join the party!”

Kettle Bell Boot Camp- (Tara Hunt) Kettle bells are cast iron weights, ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping. Kettle bells offer a different type of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness

Spells- (Tara Hunt And Rebecca Graham) This exercise combines the cardiovascular calorie burning benefits of indoor cycling to the core and upper body strength benefits of kettlebells.  What makes this style unique is the kettlebell exercises are performed while on the indoor bike.

Last Chance Workout- (Jane Kiersnowski) Motivating class which is done on the main floor. This class introduces many different work out methods which are designed to keep you inspired and  trying  new exercises to keep your body guessing. The exercises are always dynamic and are different each week.
